I got my copy in the mail on Saturday and today (Thursday) I’ve read and reread, highlighting, underlining and making notes through page 40. My favorite sentence so far… Kaye Smith when she says you don’t have to clean out the pantry, fridge and freezer tossing all that doesn’t agree with your diet plan. That all cost some money and it’s ok to make those small changes a little at a time. Thanks Kaye! I look forward to finishing this wonderful book , talk with pc doctor and choose a plan, make a plan setting goals. Thanks Kym for such a great book! 💕
