The first step for me was ,Sleeping, getting a good nights rest so you can heal. Rem sleep was a luxurious experience, it really helps you think clearly.. stopping the nightmare cramps, do what you need to do , I don’t recommend drinking, it’s a depression drug , thc also has side effects , munchies, wake and bake justification ,cbd kratom , never tried kratom because I saw a friend clinging to it . Tylenol melatonin worked the best for me. Melatonin wears off after 5 hours. However you chose I suggest moderation, because these things are temporary fixes till you can do it yourself, moderation!! Get some sleep so you can think clearly! Good night
