Happy to have found this site today thanks to our daughter and encouraged about walking from all of you as well as our Doc with PAD Specialists in Texas who spent one hour with us answering all our questions about my PAD in both legs which was much appreciated and helpful. Walk every day and value each step which goes a little further before having to sit a spell and start up walking again.
