We know plain water is the best liquid! But some have trouble avoiding pop and adult beverages. So, I’ve found an alternative my Dad loves to replace soda and alcohol. I’m posting this for ALL and not just in the food group because I think doctors might also want to discuss alternative options with their patients. I won’t call this healthy… My Dad’s dietitian says it’s health-ier. There’s a difference. Would love others to weigh-in on this option and share more ideas? We do equal parts naturally infused white balsamic vinegar (either lemon, raspberry, honey-ginger, or peach) and sparkling natural spring water.
